Author Allan Stratton Visits Humewood House Reading Circle
November 2013 – Canadian author and playwright Allan Stratton paid a visit to the Women with Words Reading Circle held at Humewood House to visit the participants and discuss his novels. The group is currently reading his book Leslie’s Journal, a staple in the Literature for Life Reading Circle curriculum. All photos taken by volunteer photographer Ted Blackbourn.
Literature for Life Moves into History!
October 2013 – Literature for Life moved into a new office space this month – we are now head-quartered in the historic George Brown House on the corner of Beverley and Baldwin.
